Positive reflection-Amal’s Journey

Amal’s journey so far remains a splendid experience. Who thought that one can build such constructive contacts over an online forum. But Amal made us believe. I started believing in the positivity of the masses around. Nobody is born indifferent; you just have to provide them a comfy zone where they can let themselves be real, dissimilar from the materialistic world. Amal really provided us this motherly feeling, helped us being ourselves, and significantly tried to impart humility, positivity, humbleness, gratitude, competence, achievement, skill to pay our bills along with the other technical aspects.

To recall, focus and narrate only one instance would be unfair to this whole experience as there was so much to learn, share and experience. However, I used to congratulate myself over making this decision of joining Amal as each session fueled my optimistic personality every single time. I always assure myself that I am fortunate enough to experience all this. Surely, others may relate to it too.

I suppose that each distinct session, online courses, project activities, mock interviews, one-on-one sittings, and consistent digital interactions somehow or other do impact me fairly. But the part I looked up to during fellowship was insights of our mentors counting Ma’am Iman and Ma’am Aliha ‘s hopeful, inspiring and rational gratitude therapies. They both indeed have positive aurae and kind hearts. I call their session therapies because they certainly impact others in an optimistic, appreciative, and generous manner. Furthermore, they obliged me to let my guard down and helped in experiencing happiness. I already have jotted down some of the learnings/quotes/motivations/real-life talks from this whole experience of Amal, listed below:

“You need to work on things that make you financially independent in addition to keeping your sanity intact”, Ma’am Iman.

“The more de-cluttered your space is, the happier you are”, Ma’am Iman.

10% of the happiness comes from the things we own, while 90% comes from our relationship with others.

Sugar, spice, and everything is nice.

Put a new feather in your cap.

You have to let yourself be affected by the world & the things that affect you, *That’s your purpose*.

Don’t forget how badly you once wanted things that you have now. Blessings are always coming to us.

“The words you speak become the house you live in”, Amal fellow.

Exchange words of gratitude habitually.

All good things have a trade-off.

What doesn’t kill you, only makes you stronger.

I still and will always cherish this journey of real mentorship supported by Ma’am Iman Abid and Ma’am Aliha, going to remember gleaming smiles (especially during our group photos), affirmative therapies, encouraging bondage of mates, and don’t know what’s more.
